I was so nervous when they were announcing the House Captains and then they said my name Ashlee I was so excited. I walked up to the front of the hall so proud with myself. I got my badge and then the whole school clapped to all the House Captains.

I'm a House Captain!
Today I got picked to be a House Captain!
I was so nervous when they were announcing the House Captains and then they said my name Ashlee I was so excited. I walked up to the front of the hall so proud with myself. I got my badge and then the whole school clapped to all the House Captains.

You must have been very proud about yourself. What does a house captain do? What do you mean by a "house"?

DeleteA house captain is when you get chosen to be like a leader at Vardon School, they can do games at school at lunch time for the Junoirs, Middles and Senoirs.
What I mean by "house" is that at Vardon School have a colour for each group and they are Rutherfurd (Yellow), Ngata (Blue), Batten (Green) and lucky last Hillary (Red).
